Solution Engineer


Provide technical support to project managers and clients in the successful deployments of new projects.
Act as Technical liaison to troubleshoot proprietary solutions provided by the Usablenet platform.
Assess whether client(s) requests require custom solutions or technology already available through Usablenet platform.
Demonstrate how proposed solution address business challenges.
Provide technical overview of Usablenet platform, including architecture, functionalities, solutions and requirements.
Provide technical training to project managers.
Draft technical documents including: Web Services review, Web Services schema and definition, Client-side systems logic, and Definitions of browser-based and native code development requirements.
Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train users for short and long term projects.
